Just like birth, we know that childbirth education is not “one size fits all.” Our comprehensive childbirth education classes are designed to empower expecting parents with the knowledge and confidence they need to approach birth with calm and clarity. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, a home birth, or anything inbetween, our classes provide evidence-based information, practical skills, and emotional support for every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Our Classes:

    • Our comprehensive 6 week birth course that places you at the intersection of evidence and intuition and will prepare you for any type of birth you are planning.

    • Preparing both you and your partner for labor and birth physically, mentally, and emotionally.

    • This course focuses on a physiologically normal birth but you will also learn how to reduce your risk of interventions and cesarean birth.

    • Covers coping techniques, labor positions, breathing, and more.

    • includes a beautiful course journal that will be given to you at the first class

    • includes one year of access to the online breastfeeding class, Prepared Feeding, taught by an IBCLC that covers everything related to feeding your baby

    • Perfect for those with a busy schedule that still want the important information!

    • Geared toward hospital birth (but still applicable to all) this class will cover all the basics plus different labor positions and comfort measures!

    • Covers information on cesarean births and inductions, as well as basic hospital newborn procedures.

    • 2 day weekend course (8 hours) perfect for those with limited time but who want all the important stuff PLUS the hands on experience

Preparing for Birth

This course fee is $350 and includes 12+ hours of practical, heart felt, hands-on, and fun classes. Classes are about two hours each and meet weekly for 6 weeks. Next winter session enrollment begins soon! New cohort starting in January 2025.

This course fee is $250 and focuses on preparing for birth, communication, common medical interventions, and coping measures. Class is 4 hours and is limited to 4 expecting families. This class meets monthly. Next dates are: Nov. 17 and Jan. 11- register now to guarantee your spot!

Birth in a Day

This course fee is $300 and includes 8 hours of amazing birth and postpartum prep delivered over two fun-filled days. The perfect class for those who want all of the information but have a busy schedule. This class is limited to five expecting families and is held once every 2 months, so secure your spot now! Spaces fill up quick. Next dates are: Dec 7-8

The Mini

This course fee is $275 and includes access to 6 course session podcasts that you can access anytime, from anywhere! They can be listened to at your own pace and can be revisited anytime. Also includes our beautiful “Preparing for Birth” course journal and access to “Prepared Feeding” -a breastfeeding and infant feeding course taught by an IBCLC. This product is a customer favorite!
