Our Services
“Whenever and however you intend to give birth, your experience will impact your emotions, your mind, your body, and your spirit for the rest of your life.” -Ina May Gaskin
There is no ‘right’ or ‘best’ way to give birth. There is only you and your unique birth story. Birth in itself is a wild, unpredictable, and beautiful event that we get to experience, but not necessarily control. However, we can put certain things into place so that we can increase our chances of having a positive, calm, and empowered birth. One of those things is having a doula to support you and your partner throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We are proud to offer our services to the greater Orlando, FL area including Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Lake Mary, Winter Springs, etc. Contact us today to determine if you are within our service area. We would love to support you!

Client Testimonials
“Kaley was my doula for my second baby and she went above and beyond. She took the time to go over what to expect helped my husband and me regain our confidence as second time parents who were feeling a little rusty. Kaley was always quick to answer any questions I had no matter when I asked or how many questions I had. She was extremely reassuring and helped me change my mindset when I started to feel frustrated or anxious. I didn't have the best first labor with my three year old daughter which led me to having a few fears creep up during my third trimester and Kaley was always very encouraging and full of useful information that helped me feel more in control this time around. I was induced unexpectedly on my due date because of high blood pressure and Kaley wasted no time getting to the hospital. She made sure the delivery room was comfortable and cozy and was there for me every step of the way. She worked very well with my husband and the three of us made a great team. The nurses were impressed with Kaley’s knowledge and said they enjoyed working with her! Kaley brought us coffee and came to support me with breastfeeding once we were settled in the recovery room with our new little girl. I highly recommend hiring Kaley as your doula! I will definitely use her again if we decide to have another baby in the future.”

“Doulas remind us that birth is not only about making babies. It’s about making mothers strong, competent, capable mothers who trust themselves and believe in their inner strength.” -Barbara Katz Rothman
